It takes a lot of courage to share your story with the world but not for Deepthi, creator of Divya Amin.
A victim of trauma at a young age, Deepthi has turned to art and design to channel her talent to help make the world a better place.
Divya Amin meaning “Divine Calling” in sanskrit, is a social enterprise and an online market place for the “urban hippie”.
They stock a unique range of clothing, jewellery and accessories.
$7 from every sale is donated to charity projects that help survivors of sexual abuse.
The first collection features limited edition pure silk scarfs made from spiritually inspired healing art by the artist Deepthi Amin and can be seen exclusively at Le Boutique on Easter Monday.
To read more about Deepthi’s journey and to view more of her beautiful scarves, follow Divya Amin on Facebook or visit their website.
