Romance was born at Left Bank Melbourne on Saturday 14 February.
ART du JOUR by Leiela set the scene with styling reminiscent of the original soul mates, Adam and Eve. Features saw G.H Mumm bottles and glassware wrapped in vines, tempting apples delicately placed and a love swing. The guests were treated to delicately handmade marzipan favours from Curious Cakes.
The private Valentine’s Day dinner guests were entertained through out the night by a smooth and soulful pianist with tunes that got you into the mood. The enticing three-course menu fit for a queen had a range of choices including but not limited to the aphrodisiacs of Coffin Bay oysters shots and a Callebaut Belgium dark chocolate platter, to the hearty roasted lamb rack and the exotic papaya, lime and avocado salad. To add to the luxe of the private dining experience bottomless G.H. Mumm, Villa Maria and TeAwa wines were served all night long.
With roses and love spreading between friends and family a total of $350 was raised for Kids Under Cover.
To top off the night Left Bank was in prime position to see the Melbourne skyline illuminated by the stunning Crown Riverwalk Lunar New Year fireworks display, talk about a night full of love in the air!
